And, any place in BLR that I can hear them before buying?

Or, any other powered speakers in the 20-30K range that you guys can suggest?

You want stereo or 2.1?

Edifiers generally have very good reviews in this range. If you're looking for stereo, then you can look at brands like Presonus, Mackie, JBL Professional series, M-Audio, Monitor Audio & Swans HiVi (check on Proaudiohome.com).

Thanks. Edifiers are stereo right?

Will look at what you suggested too.
Undecided between these two. Suggestions?

You can also look at Edifier's 2750 or 2850 if it's available. They have 6.5" bass driver and option to add sub later.

Unfortunately it's difficult to find Edifier offline these days. And in general it's difficult to find demo pieces for active speakers in this price range.

S350DB is 2.1, so it's a good choice if you want to a subwoofer. If your purchase is for movies, a sub is recommended. If it's mainly for music, 2750 will be a good option, provided you have space to keep them properly (they are quite big).

Only for music. So, without the sub should be OK?
