No it is not a bug. Some of the reasons for it is like KingKrool said. In the past at other forums I have Modded and Admined at, trolls would change what they had posted weeks before and then try to start troble. Another trick they would do, if they started a thread and were the first post of that thread, If you delet the first post you delet the whole thread.
If any member wants to have an old post edited please contack one of the staff.
