You can even do this in the Samsung gallery app if you have a samsung phone.

Open an image. Pick the thickness of the box and colour using either the pencil or brush tool.

Now trace an oval around whatever and ensure the end touches the beginning.

When you lift your finger the oval automatically transforms into a rectangle.
