Guys, my company is providing education reimbursement when you join the classes provided by the third party institutions to the company. Since I am just an undergraduate, I had stopped my studies 18 yrs back due to monetary issues. From past 10&1/2 yrs I have been working in the call center. So now I have thought to complete atleast my graduation which would take 3 yrs and I am 34 yrs old now since if I do I shall receive the reimbursement. My ? is that my company is associated with Mahatma Gandhi University which is UGC, DEC and it is also approved by AICTE. Is this University good or not? Since I am working in the call center, my company pays more good package to the people who speak spanish. So I would also like to learn Spanish too but I don't know from where I should learn in Mumbai and how much would it costs and in how much time I will get the degree for the same. So guys if you can please guide me or if you have any questions then you can ask as it will help me a lot for my career in my life ahead.

You should get a graduation degree.
The number 1 problem of experienced people in call centers is not having a grad degree. If you can do it through correspondence or evening college, go for it.
The jump in salary and options opening not only in call center but other industries after graduation will be huge.

Thanks but my ? is the university which I have mentioned is that good or not. When I go to other industry and show my grad certificate for the same will it add some weightage value or not for my salary
