I am looking for a reliable Electric 2 Wheeler but find none of them are cheap. They are priced almost same as entry level gas guzzlers. Anyone has any personal experience with any of the 2 wheeler electric vehicles? Also are road tax and license plate mandatory for electric 2 wheelers also?

not sure about registration and all..
they make no sound ..(YO bike).
the bike shall be good enough for someone slim...(read skinny girls)
average build people may find it difficult to take the bike past speed break..if starting from rest just before speed breaker.
double seat is a bad joke, i would rather prefer a cycle for that.
overall...the bike is meant for those who want to save fuel as well as food.

avon e scoot is a good option . my dad is usong it 4 past 18 months with no problms . do remember that it has a max speed of 30 . once charged can run upto 25-30 km . it depends on the way u charge .the way u maintain ur battery . i got it 4 25000 
after a subsidy of 7000 by delhi govt . if u wanna save fuel n being economical n hav patience while driving ( dont wnt to zip through ) go 4 it . its better that others as i hv talked to other guys who purchased yo bikes n others . though 4 2 guys speed reduces 2 25
