Emule not workin on my Sify connection..help!

Guys, I have been using bit comet for a while and it works fine with sify..but when i tried emule, it failed the tcp test and my id is working in low profile now..
what m i supposed to do? i do not have any other firewall installed apart from windows firewall..if i disable it wudnt tht invite unexpected guests? Pls help me as i've a lot of pending downloads tht i need to take care of for my work..

Well I m on Sify too but my Emule works perfectly only when i disable my Comodo firewall or else i get a low-id
