Link : MediaCoder iPhone/iPod Edition | Nicely convert your DVD/VCD/video files to play on iPhone/iPod for FREE Before you encode make sure the moviefile.avi and subtitlefile.srt have the same name. Eg. movie.avi movie.srt Thats it drag the movie file , try to play the file if the playback window shows the subtitles [then only it will be hardsubbed on the output of the encoded video] [this is just a check] and encode you are done with a hard subbed .mp4
