Endoscopic inspection camera tool

Hi experts,
I am in need of a small inspection camera tool which can be used to inspect unreachable corners/sides in various practical scenarios. I dont want a recording facility, but a small screen to view the images with clarity, LED lights attached with the camera , and a 1 metre long cable with camera and screen.
1. I do have a logitec webcam , can I convert this into this purpose, if yes, how can I do that?
2. Is there any suggestions online to purchase in a normal rate. I am not looking for expensive gear.
3. Is there any option available to use an android phone as a screen and attach the camera through a long USB cable?

One i bought earlier as a toy to play with. micro usb for a phone. There is an andrid app you can download that allows to take photos and video. it even has a light you can control

The image quality isn't very good though. ok to see things some what. No auto focus so you have to move it to get things clear
