    • Yes, will upgrade the following within 6 months
    • GPU - Probably Some faster model than 750Ti
  6. Where will you buy this hardware? (Online/City/TE Dealer)
    • Online purchase priority (Will mostly get stuff from flipkart, primeabgb. Will only purchase locally if price difference is significant)
    • Hyderabad (If anyone has good info or reference about any shop in CTC, kindly provide name of the shop. I have been to shweta peripherals and Bhumika peripherals in past and my experience over there has not been good unlike others, so I am avoiding them as of now)

What you've chosen seems fine. Maybe you could look at the GTX 660 since its about 13k and offers quite a bit more performance than the 750 Ti; though at a 150W TDP its nowhere near the power envelope of the 60W 750 Ti.

Thanks @Crazy_Eddy

This is what I have decided till now. And I am planning to get all components online only. It will be bit costly, but I will be able to purchase some costly components on EMI :p

1) Processor - Core i5 4440 http://www.snapdeal.com/product/intel-i54440-processor-31-ghz/115595088
2) Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-H87-D3H http://www.primeabgb.com/gigabyte-ga-h87-d3h-socket-1150-motherboard.html
3) RAM - RipjawsX F3-12800CL9D-4GBXL http://www.primeabgb.com/gskill-ripjawsx-f3-12800cl9d-4gbxl-ram.html
4) Power Supply - Seasonic M12II 520W http://www.primeabgb.com/seasonic-ss-520gm-520w-modular-power-supply.html
5) Graphics Card - MSI NVidia GeForce GTX 750Ti 2GB - http://tinyurl.com/lqayzwm
6) Cabinet - Cooler Master N400 OR Corsair Carbide SPEC2 OR Corsair Carbide SPEC3

- I can still reduce some cost by going with B85 chipset and micro-ATX, as SATA/USB ports are sufficient for me, which B85 variants provide. So here I can save some 2000 bucks. But ATX board would provide better breathing space, and will look good too :p .
- If I go with 750Ti, will Seasonic S12II 430W be sufficient ? I do plan to upgrade the GPU in future, so keeping that in mind I went with M12II which is turning out to be 500 bucks costlier than S12II. I have used S12II before, It's rock solid unit. There will be only standard components in Cabinet. No SLI/crossfire will be done. So Cable mgmt will not be high priority. So in this case Modular PSU is not overkill, is it? difference between S12II and M12II is 500 bucks only (at prim e a b g b).
- Initially I was leaning towards R9-270X. But that increases budget to 45K. And GPU is the only component which IMO, I will be able to upgrade easily without upgrading any other part in PC. As I will be going with mid-range GPUs only (15K-17K). So leaned towards 750Ti. Price is 11.8K. But again, R9-270X is 15K. So still there is some small confusion left whether to budge down and spend extra and get R9-270X or not.
- The main part where I am confused is cabinet. I have used 300R in past, It's awesome cabby for the price. But I want to go with a new design this time. I am leaning more towards SPEC3. But absence of side panel fan mount and space between right side panel for cable mgmt worries me a bit. Looks attractive though. CM N400 has good reviews all around.

Nobody had SPEC03 at CTC in stock. Shweta's local distributor had some units at his Mumbai place. So decided not to buy, as shipping cost was working out bit high. But I must say, this time The guy at Shweta really was interested in selling stuff, and was quite helpful as well.
So this is the final build.
