Dual-sim and good battery backup are must.
Whatsapp feature will be a plus. Comfortable physical keys will be great.
Preferably a non-touchscreen/non-android phone (but i'll see if new-user-to-be can get the hang of it but very poor battery of el-cheapo android phones is something else)/non-qwerty. Dont want Nokia Ashas.
Should be very good in condition.
No specific budget. Just think of the phone to be <6-7k in its original brand new price.
