ePOST enables customers to send their messages to any address in India with a combination of electronic transmission and physical delivery. ePOST sends messages as a soft copy through internet and at the destination it will be delivered to the addressee in the form of hard copy.

ePOST costs just Rs. 10 per page of A4 size. If a customer uses ePOST prepaid card, ePOST costs just Rs. 6 per page of A4 size.

The portal will enable customers to transact postal business any time and from anywhere through Internet and by using either debit card or credit card.
For availing the epost service, or to have further information, customers can approach the nearest post office or log on to indiapost.nic.in

There seem to be no online payment option other than prepaid cards which has to be purchased from a Post Office! :no::no:
 
^^ Yup got stuck in a page asking for some voucher :P ... You cant expect me to go to a post office to buy recharge vouchers

me too having trouble..

Even comments on hindu article are saying that they have trouble logging in and account creation

i tried calling help desk but unfortunately no one is picking it up......... really bad.............
 
its great when u require to send photocopies of some official documents to someone where the receiving end doesn't have a Fax.
