Error installing Ubuntu.

Hey folks,

Awrite...This is for all youBuntu Users out here.

Am trying to install Ubuntu 7.04 on VMWare 6.0, but this error wont let me proceed further???

Well i understand and belive that this is not just caused due to VMWare, but its something else..SCSI or HDD/Chipset related issue... ???
eg: Something like Ubuntu having issues with P35 chitpsets... ???

Well have a look at the pic given below..and help me out!!!

@ Vishal Rao.. yes ofcourse :? i installed VDisk.

@ Dark_star.. its 7.10...

...Anyways i think it was an issue with that particular iso i had...dloaded latest 8.04.1 Desktop edition last night..its installing like butter as of now..so seems issue is resolved.
