yeah guys, you have to understand that they dont have a big budget. its not a steven spielberg star wars or anything. :P

they have done an awesome job.

@rpok - you get to see her towards the end. not much of her is shown. :(

Gordon and Alyx is not in the video. There is a single girl in this video and everyone is calling her Alyx!

^^No! She is neither Lara craft nor Alyx cause she is not a tomboy. She is Zelda cause she is sweet. hehe

I doubt she is alyx. Most probably they used her as one of the personnel in the resistance group. The resistance group isnt all male except Alyx. Besides Alyx isn't blonde.

You are right... Alex is a African American in the game so she can't be her in the movie...

The trailer is alright though...

Valve could themselves produce the movie......would be a very worthy investment IMHO (as it is Episode 3 seems to be nowhere on the horizon).
 
in terms of screenplay and story the movie sucks balls but when in comes to special effects props and environment the short nails the half life feel.

it would have been even more awesome if the purchase brothers spent some more time on the screen play,story and the acting.
