I bought an Aqua Guard RO+UV water purifier 3 weeks ago. I ended up burning from a dealer/franchisee(big mistake) instead of regular company people. The installation was done by sales guy and not a technician and he did a shoddy job. There was leakage of water from the brand new unit on day 1. I got a recipt, a warranty card and the box it came in.

After repeated complaints to customer care, dealers, customer care managers a new piece has been replaced with the old piece(more on this on a seperate thread). I didn't get a new bill or new warranty card or different box with a different serial number.

1. Am I not supposed to get all this from the enw piece or is it gonna remain the same?
2. Am I not supposed to get an invoice form the company too?
 
The new piece gets replaced on the same warranty and serial no. so you are not entitled for a new bill/warranty card or serial no.

Its like you bought a new mobo and it was doa or say had to be replaced within a week. So the day your original product was delivered the warranty comes into effect immediately.

You wont get any new invoice but an invoice or receipt that the faulty unit was replaced with a new one.
