We regularly eat almonds & peanuts soaked overnight and peel off the skin and eat them in the morning and after this have idlis by steam boiling them.better if you eat Almond, Peanut & Cashew after soaking it overnight (person with acidic body, need to peel off the skin of these nuts and consume), as after all any kind of butter (packaged food) may have Chemicals like (taste enhancer, preservatives, salt and 2-3 other chemicals)
And we soak the peanuts in the morning and steam boil them in the evening and eat them as snacks.
We also ferment curd with milk mixed with rice overnight and eat this also in the morning as breakfast.
While for night we have dosas with ghee instead of using sunflower or groundnut oil.
For both idlis or dosas we prepare coconut chutney and eat it fresh.
We don't keep anything overnight in the fridge and eat next day.
So each person portion is measured and prepared so that nothing remains to be kept in fridge.
