Perhaps there is a connection? Perhaps the DS is actually being seen as an option to sexually unleash oneself apart from sex itself?
With 20 days left before the end of 2007, Nintendo announced the Nintendo DS is the top-selling video game system of the year with 6 million sold in the US. According to the company's calculations, that's one sold every five seconds.

Nintendo now claims that gaming competitors offer no more challenges and is now planning to compete against the porn industry with the DS
