In case u want to make a fool out of everyone...
Take a screenshot of your desktop, by pressing the Start+Print Screen\SYs rq key. Open your favorite image editor, paste the image there. Save it.Go to the taskbar, unlock it (right click on it, click on Unlock the taskbar).
Drag it below your screen so that you can't see it.Right click on the desktop,and make sure " Show desktop icons " under "Arrange Icons By" has no check mark before it( of course by
clickin on it). Now change the wallpaper to the saved image. This would be the perfect replica of the desktop where nothing works, unless of course, someone's smart enough to notice that the time isn't changing!). You can drag the taskbar back to its place the same way u hid it.The icons are got back by checking the "Show desktop icons".
In case u wanna disable the right-click menu, type gpedit.msc in the run dialog box.
Go to Admistrative Templates Under user Settings. Under Windows components go to Windows Explorer. In the right pane look out for " Remove Windows Explorer's Default Context Menu". Enabling this setting will Disable the right-click Menu. You can revert to original settings by disabling the "Remove Windows Explorer's Default Conext Menu" setting! >
