Exatt rates for Delhi/NCR

I have recently got an Exatt net connection.128k ultd.The cablewallah is asking for 1000+tax=1100.Is that what other people here pay for it?
Speeds are good enough for 128k,14.5K-16.5K using DAP,torrents anything between 10-15K.
I think the rate is 1000 all incl and the bugger is overcharging me.(Not to worry,it was the first month and he probably shelled out a lot more for my conn as mine was first in this locality of mine) but I don't want to pay 100 bucks extra every time.

Those are mumbai rates I think.Their Delhi rates are much higher,for whatever reason.

Something is fishy.I called up Exatt,and they are unwilling to state the rates.I had a long heated arugment with the guy but to no avail.
Will talk to the cablewallah tomorrow.

exatt has different franchisee at different location..the site r8es r of exatt..and then the franchise(cablewalla) can charge nything xtra saying as maintenance etc.....i opted for 128k plan.........it was wriitten ard 440 cost...but the guy told me it will b 660 for me..........i said okk..seeing it was mention local charges taxes etc...........this was march 24...after that day..i never got ny reply frm exatt...jus came to know they r serving my adjacent building but i m still far away frm it..............

Rates in mumbai are lower due to competition being much more.If someone in Delhi can confirm what rates apply,I'll have a strong stick to beat the cablewallah with.
Since I'm leaving soon,I need get this bugger on his toes or else he'll keep overcharging my family(I thinking I need to teach my bro how to abuse internet- wallahs ).
I still don't think the guy has the balls to cheat me openly,he knows very well the rough time I gave my last ISP(I spammed his yahoo account to closure and then much more...).

I pay 625/- for my 128 Exatt. unltd.

Of course it is a different matter that those @$$**** are giving me terribly slow speeds ......

But I am able to get 256 unlt for 1000/- here.

Spectranet is giving it for 999 all incl.Can't locate exatt rates for Delhi there as of now.So I'm definitely making atleast 1000 all incl. 2morrow or else will cut his bloody line next month.
