Hi!

Is the exatt server down for last couple of days...coz in my building we are not even able to ping the gateway.....we r in mumbai central area....forget abt accessing net.....even its main server seems to be down....and did anyone notice the amazing drop in speeds for the past few days?....the speed was like 64kbps for a 512kbps connx....7/8th reduction in B/w.....exatt cheaters.......

anyways do let us know abt your experiences...
 
^^ Thats the reason why i shifted form Exatt.

I had 32 kbps on the 256k line for 1 month
seedha next month 22kbps max

I got full pissed
Now im enjoying Igate 256kbps with 60kBps downloads. xD
 
ya the guy who came to my place from exatt told me stright awy that i wont be getting more then 22kB download speeds.. well so i`m still with triband :)

also the customer service sucks atleaset in my area.. cause maybe the cable walla is a real suthiya!! anyways.. exatt sucks in most areas except i guess where they provide the connection traight to the user.

i 2 reside @ peddar road and get igate frm hitech cables as same as u and on my 245k connection i am getting only 32 k. so is there any seperate plan that u have bought? i dont see speeds of 60k
 
^^ I Get 35 - 60kBps in the day.

And from 12 - 9 i get 80 - 120kBps Speeds. :).





Just log out, and login after 12.

And see the speeds rocket up.

Thing with iGate is, its very inconsistent.

For 2 days, i was getting 32kBps in the day.

Not it shoots to 60 stable for an hour.

Back to 30. Back upto 60.

Its cool :)

I stay at the breach candy, gamadia road junction, tangerine ka shop is there na, same building.

i stay at oceanic apartments opp to breach candy hospital @ dude my day speeds have never exceeded 32k, i wonder how u are getting 60???

@night, i have seen the speeds shoot enuff and i get 83-85k.i wonder how u get 120k???

how much are u paying them? coz i am paying 1000+taxes and they say at hitech that u contact some guy called bhushan....any clues who si that??

My guy is Cecil.
Bhushan is the IGate guy for walkeshwar. AFAIK.

Well, ive actually talked to me guy.
And hes told me, whenever he can, he will increase my speeds.
My 60kBps is relative of the other 2 in my building.

why are they asking me to talk to some1 responsible for walkeshwar??

hitech has the same guy for me cecil....he says no u are getting 60k and i did call him over to see and everytime he as an explamation, the bandwidth is being shared so if someone si downloading then u would get less...........what carp??

bhushan is the guy who runs igate and not for walkeshwar...i reside at walkeshwar and even i dont get 60k now...i wonder how does goldy gets these speeds..goldy remember, i even sent u a pm asking u the same??

I just talked to me guy, Cecil from Hitech, and he said whenever possible. Ill give you more speed. :|.

And yup.

Thats what exactly happening in my Case.

When, 2 of my building people are not using the net.

I get 60kBps. If theyre even logged in, and not using even 1 kBps, i get 32kBps.

Its very funny. :rofl:..
