u said it.....airtel is the BEST ISP in India as of now.... :cool2:

Exatt beats Airtel on the cost-factor... Airtel beats Exatt on availability and stability.

exatt aint cheap man!

it doesnt havre any unlimited plans anymore..

there is a 256kbps multiuser plan... 1500 p.m with a 50gb limit!

sheesh

You're right about the 256 plan, but I'm comparing Exatt's 512 plan to Airtel - Airtel only provides 8GB data transfer for 2.5k :(

well the people who have exatt .. say that since feb 2006 exatt has also started capping downloading speeds to a max of 22KB which sucks!

the good plans i think are the night plans... which are only valid at night. but still are pretty good...

but then again if you wont get full speed as stated.. and if its not gonna be as consistent as airtel or for that matter triband.. then well.. its not so good anyways.

and that 512kb plan... airtel is dedicated 8gb to single user.. whereas that 512kb , 50gb plan is a multiuser...there can be as many as 10 users!! sharing that much badnwitdh amonst them. so well not soo much of use..

Not for raw downloads, but Exatt's routing is better so response time from most Indian gaming servers is better - I get 60 - 70ms to FragShack and 100ms to Kawabonka, while a friend running Exatt gets 50 - 60ms to FS and Kawa.

However, what good is a fast connection if a large % of packets transmitted are dropped? If you switch to Exatt and game online, the packet drops will lead to a little frustration especially with FPS games IMO ;)
