Due to excess use of computers past few years, my right hand's palm base has turned rigid, and I am starting to notice pain in fingers while typing.
What are the ways that can help reduce this ? I want to start a regimen to healthy computing that will help for a long time to avoid any problems.
Are there are any specific exercises to help my fingers and hands in general ?
