My almost 6 year old Exide inverter plus battery is dead ,

i dont get frequent power cuts so did not go for the more expensive tubular battery last time .

This time i want to go for a cheap tubular battery , decided on Inva Red but it wasnt available, dealer offered the Inva Master IM8500 for Rs 10900 - 2500 for old battery ,

Any one here using this model ? Inva Master IM8500 is short tubular , there is also a IM10000 tall tubular model which similar specs to Inva tubular IT500 .

Batteries need to discharge once in a while. Tubular batteries are better than regular ones.

Decent brands - Exide, Amara Raja, SF, Panasonic. Ensure that you top-up the water (distilled water available in petrol bunks, not tap water) regularly, you should get 5 years life comfortably.

I got a better deal than battery bhai locally, the battery ( inva master ) was installed today but the battery guy while installing did some damage to the inverter now waiting inverter repair guy to come & fix it .
