HI @Jignesh & welcome to TE,

Processor : Intel G2010 Processor 2.8 GHz 1155 Socket ~ 3333/- [ launched in Q1/2013 ]
Motherboard : GIGABYTE-B75M-D3H ~4199/-
RAM: 4GB x 2 Corsair Value DDR3 Value Select ~ 4000/-
(Note you will need a minimum of 8GB RAM)

Power Supply : Antec VP450 ~ 2600/-
- Option: Seasonic S12II 520W Bronze ~ 4400/-

HP / ASUS (boxed) optical drive ~1000/-
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB ~ 3869/-

Antec X1 Gaming Cabinet front red LED ~ 2450/-

Bottom-mounted PSU with superior cooling airflow
Tool-free 5.25" and 3.5” drive bays for easy installation. Cooling system:
- 1 x 120 mm front red LED intake fan
- 1 x 120 mm rear exhaust fan (optional)
- 1 x 120 mm side intake fan (optional)
- 1 x 120 mm front intake fan (optional)
7 expansion slots

Of course - they are devils & have included ONLY 1 fan. This is true for all Branded & Quality cabinets within this price range. So you have to include 3 more 120mm fans - for best cooling - Cooler Master 120mm Silent Case Fan 4-in-1 Value Pack ~ 898/-

Mouse & Keyboard: Logitech MK 200 combo ~750/-

TOTALS: Rs 23,099/-
(where options were suggested, I took the lowest priced)

Notes:
1. Monitor & GPU is not included as you plan to add them later.
2. You existing Power Supply needs to be changed
3. The Cabinet apart from looks is also future proof (it does not have usb 3.0). However your motherboard will have them.
4. Instead of the Antec PSU you could go for Seasonic S12II 520W - this will take care of all your future upgrades [more HDD's; GPU's; SSD's] besides "better build quality".

Cheers
Terry

The purpose is to cool the processor. Yes, without any overclocking.

Stock intel cooler is good enough for job and unless its making too much noise after cleaning also then aftermarket cooler which are near silent makes any sense.

Thats the reason why intel is comfortable to give three yrs warranty and still include stock cooler as they have tested them and found that they can keep heat in control.

It was downright ridiculous to have even suggested a cpu-cooler. @pratikb ... I tried to fit in a better processor, but an i3 does not fit in this budget (it's more than double the cost of the G2010).

OP can stick to the suggestions I made above and try to accomodate the seasonic 520W psu. He also has upgrade plans later (monitor + gpu). He can also consider the Corsair

sir
actully i hvnt visited any store at lamington cause i faced 2 worst experience at lamington in 2 different shops.

now coming back to my build
actully i think i can strech my budget little bit

i want configuration for i3

i have one more doubt i have seen many configurations here
in which we get g.skill & corsair
rams with 1600mhz and one with value ram 1333mhz which one to choose and which company?

My main aim for pc is software development, web development and then gaming

and as i said i will upgrade gpu but that will be mid range max,
around 3-5 k max

and lastly where i place my cabinet its height is 17" and previously i had iball cabinet and it was 16" height.

according to me front mesh with fan would be best suitable so please suggest accordingly looks dosnt matter for me if its simple then best :)

i m extremely sorry to give you trouble for my configuration

and i m very much glad that i found this forum where experts helps to newbie like me and you ppl changed my concept of cheap smps and cabinets :)

still suggest me best and budget

Thanks once again

RAM - best brand is G.Skill.
The "value" series by Corsair is the cheapest branded ram. RAM sticks which carry a heat-sink around them are slightly more expensive. 1333 or 1600 are basically the speed at which the RAM runs - available right upto 2800MHz. As you go higher up - your motherboard & processor too needs to support those high speeds or else it's a waste of money. Do not go for Transcend, Adata or Kingston brands.

Today 1600Mhz RAM is recommended as most likely people start off with 4 GB and if you wish to upgrade later after a year (you will have to add the same brand/speed/model no of RAM). A year later 1333Mhz RAM's stocks will not be as much/easily available (just my take).

As I had said earlier if you are going to use the iGPU (integrated GPU), then you need to start of with 8GB RAM on your system (as you would allocate the max possible RAM to the iGPU - max 1.7GB based on processor/mobo). Win 7 pro is a resource hogger.
