i have enabled 'launch folder windows in a seperate process' i too have multiple instances of explorer.exe.
just to be sure scan ur pc for mydoom, removal tool and instructions here
i couldnt find the removal tool for w32.pinfi but both the worms are detected by all antivirus softwares. just make sure u use the latest definitions.
