So me n my pal got to exchange some data and pen drive is not gonna work.

I need an el cheapo external hard drive- 80or 160 gb which i'll use only for saving data and sending it via courier.so data speed and interface is the last of my concern.for the same reason i'd like to keep the price to minimum.so no WD please.

Two-

Which is the fastest external firewire or ethernet port hdd?i need one for macbook pro.only speed matters,no matter how bully and expensive it is :)
No SSD as it doesn't work well with the apps i use.
 
I wud recommend Transcend 160GB or WD 160GB Passport.......both will cost 2.8k(approx)

There is another model(i don't remember the model name but it was sumthing like elements) 160GB WD it will cost u 2.5k or so.

Invest in those Trek drives - 1.6" - i think they come till 120GB
For larger capacity, go for any cheapest 160GB
 
Yup its very often
Usually data exceeds pen drive limit-about 30-40gb of wave64s.

How much does a trek cost?
