Hi All,

I have a brand new Western Digital My Passport 320GB for sale. It was brought from ebay and it comes with bill and warranty.

Purchase Date: 08-07-2011

Warranty: 3 Years

Condition: Brand New, Sealed.

Purchase Price: 2245/-

Item Location: Bangalore

Received the HDD, It is Boxed. But

1. You mentioned 3 years warranty

2. In the picture is show, 2 years warranty on the box

3. Date of Import is July 2010

Finally in the WDC web site showing NO WARRANTY
 
I have checked the warranty myself in the WD website before sending it to you. It was valid and the warranty was for 3 years. Can you post the serial number for the HDD here and I will check it again. I don't have the serial number with me right now.

Don't worry about the Manufacture Date of the product. Even if the date is old, you can send the the proof of purchase to WD and they will update the warranty start date accordingly.
