External Reconnector

I left my PC for downloading using uTorrent cliet. But after 4-5 hours my internet connection diconnected automatically.Then I stop the download and reconnect the dialer.This can be possible when I am at home.Is there any solution to make it automatic- some application who will monitor my net connectivity-if found disconnect-pause/stop the utorrent-redail n get connected -start utorrent downloading again
(I have a modem-no router)

I heard about External Reconnector -being used with Elaphant downloader(rapidshare download hack),,Any suggestion to make it happen
 
What kind of dialer do you use ?

You can try to call Ikara customer care and tell them you want to configure an always on internet connection.

i called up..they said i need 2 buy static ip address for 1k per quarter :(

i m using 192kbps unlimited plan(800 bucks monthly).i got 81-20 kbps downloading speed at torrents.//what is the plan of BSNL here in ahmedabad..I dont have a landline connection
 
for 900Rs. u can get UL 256 Kbps from BSNL .

OR

for 500Rs. 2 Mbps (2.5 GB Limit) Night UL 2-8 .

Get the BSNL landline and apply for broadband connection .

looks better thn my rs.800 for my 192kbps UL

what do u mean by that???2.5gb data transfer limit for the day time..and night from 2 am to 8 am unlimited..??correct me if I am wrong???
What will be the effective downloading speed at torrent for 2Mbps??As per my calculation it should be 250Kbps???Is that so in REALITY??
