Hey guys,
can you please suggest a external hard disk mainly for storage.
Size: 1TB is fine, but if a 2TB is more cost effective, then would definitely go for that
Company: have had good experience with seagate, donno about others
speed: dosent matter, usage is mainly storage no frequent transfers
USB3: not required, as none of the devices i own have USB3
power: i believe external power is better in terms of reliability, correct me if i am wrong
I am really short of time, so sorry for not having looked up similar posts (if any)..

about a year back i got a seagate freeagent 1TB (external power) for 5.5K!!
