Storage Solutions External USB Drive - Speed and Rough use

I am looking for a 100-250 GB external USB drive for carrying data on daily basis. My requirements are Good speed and the suitable for rough use. Kindlly suggest the drives

Have a look at freecom's toughdrive pro portable hdd's . I recently sold one and it was built for rough use with a thick silicon case. They're a bit steep and not easily available though so look around.
