Extremely low upload speeds on BSNL

Since a couple of weeks I am not getting upload speeds higher than 64-96k.
Anyone else having the same issue on BSNL?

The plan is Home500 and the download speeds are as high as ever.
 
yeah.. its impossible to get 64-96kbps...

See.. BSNL - 2mbps -

Download speed - 2048/8 = 256 kbps

Upload speed - 256/8 = 32 kbps..

Thats all simple calculation :yeah:

Don't tell me nobody on BSNL gets a 256k (32kBps) upstream :S. Because that's what I was getting since January 2007 when they upgraded all H500 users to 2mbps.
And now since a month, they never exceed 96k (12kBps).

Rahul, in unlimited plans UL/DL are capped at 256

But in Home500, DL - 2048 and UL - 256

So your previous calculation is right....the OT poster is lucky to get those UL speeds :)
 
for my 750 (unlimited) plan itself i get 30 kbps upload speed..

and calculation is simple as pointed but then there is some thing wrong with the values :P

according to your speed test result your upload speed is 44 Kilobyte per second,Is this the speed you was looking for?:huh: what type of plan you are using HOME500 etc if you are on HOME500 then speeds are worse then meant to be.I have upload speed of 50- 65 Kilobyte per second on HOME 500 plan:) n download 235-255 Kilobyte per second.
