2GIGS of RAm ...DaMn :O
Picked up from guru3d forums....

3ghz + 2gb ram+ only a 5900+.They will not even break even.Games have to be playable on ordinary hw something like a 2ghz+512mb+gf4 ti for them to sell.Thats what doom3 and hl2 show.

Maybe they are claiming that on purpose - ya know, the show off factor.
"We have higher requirements. Our gfx are cooler"

damnit..its better to forget it..
i wont be able to play it ever on my mx440 :P
i'll have to drool over the screenies ;)

Hey, buddy! There's no definite way to find out who a new user is! Although those technically involved with the site could find it out with some efforts and common sense!

And coming to hardboy, its quite evident from his use of the word "Dude". He uses this word most often & very frequently! :P

1 gig ram minimum? I doubt many computers would have that even next year. I know many people who have comps with 256mb ram and gf2/4 mx cards... and they wont upgrade till they get a new comp..

Yeah but ram seems to have become very cheap. So that isnt a problem for most. But yes 512mb is what they should look at,esp for medium settings.Even doom3 requires 1gb+ ram on ultra but high runs just with 512mb.HL2 on the other hand starts to choke with anything less than 768mb ,ditto for far cry.Thinking of upping my ram to 1.25gb by taking out the 2x256mb kvr333....but only after that 6600/6800 comes along.
