Facebook has finally made its Home for Android official which will be coming to the Google Play Store on April 12th. Initially it will be available for limited smartphones including Galax S4, S III , Note II , HTC One and HTC One X+ .
Facebook Home is a set of apps, it comes with a feature called cover feed which transforms the phone's home screen into cover feed with pictures of your friends, just double click to like the pictures.

Another feature called "Chat Heads" which allows to chat with facebook friends while doing other stuff, on getting chat messages, we get notification in the form of a small image from their profile picture.

"We're not building a phone and we're not building an operating system," CEO Mark Zuckerberg said. "We're building something a whole lot deeper than an ordinary app." Today, phones are designed around people, not apps, Zuckerberg said. "We want to flip that around."
