Facebook Home has just released two days back with a really small compatibility list (of devices). Well, that was an issue for some (or many), so a developer over at XDA (god bless them!) decided to do something about it. And what do we have now? Working Facebook Home APKs to run on almost all devices!
Facebook Home for all devices
A developer at XDA forums modded the Facebook Home application to run on all devices. The application can be installed without the need for Root. No changes to the build.prop has been made as well. Even the Facebook Chatheads in the messenger has been fixed.
Installation Instructions:
Installation
• Uninstall original facebook, facebook messenger and facebook home apps. If facebook is pre-installed then you probably need root to remove it
• Extract .rar!
• Install com.facebook.katana (FB app), then com.facebook.home (Home app).
• Also install com.facebook.orca.apk (Messenger app).
• Enable facebook home under facebook app settings.
• If you face any issues, reboot into recovery and wipe dalvik cache.
