When it comes to user satisfaction , popular social networking site Facebook is much behind its competitors , according to American Customer Satisfaction Index E-Business Report .
Facebook scored 61 out of 100 for customer satisfaction , with an 8 percent drop from the last year score of 66 out of 100 , the score was the lowest in the social media category .
However, the less popular Google+ is keeping users most satisfied along with Wikipedia , scoring highest 78 out of 100 .
" Google+’s strengths may be Facebook’s weaknesses, as users complain about ads and privacy concerns. However, the most frequent complaints about Facebook are changes to its user interface, most recently the introduction of the Timeline feature. " ACIS said .
