Hey Guys i am posting this thread to find out how many of u have exactly received your facebook email id and experienced the new Social INBOX.

I am posting my account video showcasing all the new features that are available via this social inbox thing.

Please don't turn off annotations while watching. Do rate and leave your comments.

Well I also have a question to ask for those who already have their facebook email id.

I was able to receive the mails sent via email to my facebook email. but when i reply to those emails they don't reach the other end. Is it same with you guys?

Actually what i did is Record it using CAMSTUDIO

I used Microsoft 1 codec so a large file size of 58MB. I have to Upload so i reduced size my changing to mp4 compressed enough to play in iPad using Xilisoft converter. its HD and 26MB.

Are u experiencing same problem with the email section?
 
Here is the procedure....

1.) Go to Facebook Messages | Facebook while you are logged in your Facebook and in same browser.

2.) There is button in green for requesting email id.

3.) Hit it and wait till u receive a pop up in facebook notifying you of the new email id.

Shortcut:

Ask your friends who already have upgraded to send you an invite to upgrade.

Will apply the shortcut if no response comes back within a week :)

Don't worry they are sending it via invites, one day or later they will upgrade everyone. And that day is not far away.

meanwhile please do as what i posted above

I got my facebook mail :) It's nothing but chat history stored in messages. How can it be called a mail id if we cant reply to the messages(mails) sent from someother mail ids.. ;)

What is this sh1t?

I hate facebook, though I have a FB account to keep in touch with friends... lol.
