PC Peripherals Facing problem even after upgrade

^^ Yeah, but as per his post, i think he tried that too. BTW the only option left is trying a different installation disk and different OS.
 
Check the following stuff in the following order :

1. HDD - you've checked enough your hdd seems ok, confirm using seatools or WD Data LifeGuard Diagnostics Tool. BTW De-fragment the HDD partition where you've installed your game.

2. Drivers(Both GPU as well as Chipset).

3. GPU - This can be a GPU issue too try running some game with 5850 and next with your onboard(assassin creed will be a good try as it works pretty well on your onboard too). Try cleaning the GPU HSF and try again.

4. Remove the UPS you're currently on. Sparking is also known to cause intermittent hangups so check the wiring too.
 
Update:-

I oc 1090t to 3.5Ghz 1.3v, No muti drop. CPU temp 46-48.

I observe one thing that if temp go beyond 52-54 ,Multi drop to x8.
