Around two years ago a friend and i began working on modifying pulsars. To produce a kit that can be massed produced to make the pulsar look very different.

We did get far when it comes to the design but to modify and run a business in india legally is a bit$h. Anyway i have enclosed a picture of the prototype we came up with

We also have a 250cc Vtwin Engine that we imported and cannot use hahaha :)

whao!! looks nice! good work on the design!! and a 250cc engine? :O how much did that cost? :D

sorry u had to put it on hold (i wudnt say forever, coz u never know when the interest wud rekindle ;) )

or u cud stash it away in the attic and ur grand children wud be thrilled to find it someday..

Michelin M45.:O
The rear looks fairly new- 3.00x18 or 4.00x18?:ohyeah:
You use new tyres on your bike while it's being worked upon.:O

Anyways, nice effort- its the thought that counts the most.:hap2:

Nice effort... These kind of effort requires quite an investment... Feels bad when it does not work out... But try customising bikes for the rich... They would pay u good, and u got the skills... :)

what u need is a good team and a good name like the orange county choppers!
maybe "mumbai choppers" or "mumbai mayhem choppers" :ohyeah:

why do u want to mass produce?
u will get more money if the choppers are unique - get it? like one of a kind piece. i woudn't buy something "custom made" if it looked like someone down the road owns it! what fun is it if the same type of design hits the roads man? kinda like owning a honda bike.

heck man - how did u make the fuel tank like that?
also some suggestions: make the seat smaller! it too big

seriously though u have very good skills in modding a bike and if u have the patience and money power on ur side u will make it! All the best!! :hap2:

@ mask 250 cc vtwin was around 45k with import duties etc
@ nvidia beast u ride the bike with the 250cc v twin and get caught my friend n i are in jail haha
@ bikeinstine no we had put in the tyres after the frame was done......btw we also have a pair of pirelli diablo's 120 front 180 behind
@ super saiyan its not really a cruiser its more of a pro street
@ josh its sad that it dint work out, a very expensive learning experince i must say
@ 6 pack this is never going to be in production, the seat was just placed there to see how it looks. we planned on two seperate seats later on....we had gone to one guy called Khalid he just makes tanks for bikes thats all he does lol :) the tank is hand crafted it costed 6k if u had too see the top view of it you would flip out

The friend of mine deserves much more credit than me for the bike project, his engineering skills and my partial knowledge helped us.

If we had a lot of money im sure we would have been able to do something about it. But we gave up along the way.

@ Mask haha :) sure thing! Jus saw ur rep
