Fair price for a GTX 970 4GB?

I have 960 4gb zotac.. quoting 4000. So 5k is decent for 970

4.5k ll be the best price for 970 now. I am currently using it. You might feel it is low but its time has gone now. It was a beast of its time but for now it can't compete to its rivals which are selling cheaper than this. Also newer cards consumes less power and are giving the same performance.
