Guys...

What have your experiences been with this company. They seem to be rockin' big time, and a lot of people order from them. I ordered something on the 19th of June, was an express delivery order. It has not reached till now. Their CC says, that is has been delivered. When I tell them it has not, then they say.."they will research" and tell me who accepted it. I keep repeating that it has not reached the delivery address (an acquaintances office); but they do not seem to understand. This repetitive loop has happened like 3x times for one order. Plus the tracking courier company does not even exist on the net. Am getting highly irritated. Will probably request a refund on Friday.

Please share your inputs.
 
Its the worst possible online shopping site. I've had numerous bad experiences shopping with them. Wrong products are delivered, damaged products, fake products, replicas, etc. is what they do.

Shipping is poor, returns & refunds are virtually impossible.

Avoid the site at all costs. WORST of all for me.

Am still following up with them, to understand who actually "received" my package. :(
 
Still no resolution. Am stuck in the infinite loop of escalation tickets, and imaginative call backs. They are also refusing a refund, due to "some process". Never am I ordering again from these MoFos again. Never. Worst, online experience in my life. It was supposed to be an express delivery of 2-5 days. Now it is 28 days. They do not even know who received the package.
 
@asingh : It could be possible that tehy never ever even shipped it. Launch a formal police complaint against them or try consumer court.

Which cop station do I go to. The one nearest to my house..? Not sure about this..?
 
As I said Fshion&You are the worst online store I ever encountered. Lost ~4k with them. No returns, no refunds, fake/replica products. Poor service, shipping. Poorest customer care. They are daylight robbers, chors, thuggs. Avoid them at all costs.

Consumer courts remain the only support.
 
@asingh: you can try going to nearest Police station. In case if they will not be able to take, they will guide you in the right manner.

I have too faced heat from fashion and you ..For two months they keep me hanging and got refund until I threatened to take them to consumer court
they are horrible ,after that I never purchased any from them
