Fastest Android phone without a front facing camera

I'm planning to get a 'beater' android phone to remove the rear camera so I can take it to work. I figured that removing the front facing camera would not only be more difficult to achieve, but to also prove to my employers that it has been physically removed. For this reason, I'm looking for an Android phone which meets the following conditions in descending order of importance.

1. No front facing camera
2. Good CPU\GPU specifications
3. Good community support (i.e. ROMS, etc)
4. Version of Android installed (i.e. the later the better).

Suggestions for phones that aren't available in India are also welcome but the cheaper the better ;-)

Thanks for this @njankit. I'm surprised theres such a high end phone without a front facing camera.

Perhaps I should re-frame my requirements

Budget should be around 10k (either new or second hand)

Used ones can be had for under 9-10K and it does have pretty good dev community support !!

If you are ok with ZTE phones get the zte V970 which is the chinese version of ZTE Grand X - Full phone specifications but without front facing camera. there are custom roms available too

Its an upgraded version of zte skate or orange monte carlo. It has a dual core processor and the screen is crisp and comes loaded with ICS. Its a dual sim btw.

Samsung vibrant, may be difficult to get a new one though. Mine is running 4.0.4, JB roms well into development. No FFC.

An update for everyone. I had a friend remove both the front and rear cameras of a Pantech Burst I bought for experimental purposes. He said it was relatively straight forward and much simpler than when he tried it for a Sony Ericsson in the past. Thank you all for your suggestions.
