FB Pages sharing real photos of girls.

Missed this thread do not know how.

Will report the page once I get home.

BTW all this is lack of awareness. The girls should know the privacy settings.

But even that might not help if there is a jerk present in their friend list, that they do not know about.

Asking girls not to put up pics is just sad. They have the same amount of freedom as any other guy. You cannot go ahead and discriminate just because there are a$$es in this world and its the web for Christ's sake.

Same goes for what a girl should and shouldn't wear, that choice is hers and hers alone.

Only one thing to remember, in the end a girl has a lot more to lose. This is not a safe place for guys, let alone girls.

Shit that page has some 19k likes!
<

Some of those aunties are super hot MILFs!

Reported it a while back. HTH!

You can see far worse shit on 4chan. That's just a FB page!

Wait till you get on the deepweb, more disgusting stuff. I once saw a live video feed of some crazy guy committing suicide and I was like wtf, he was transmitting it for everyone to see, and it was not some video trick, people do crazy stuff sometimes.

To me FB was more addictive than nicotine but i was able to quit the former far more easily. 2-3 years, never logged on to it.

Good luck fighting it. Should Facebook even take this page down, how long do you think it would take before another is made? The new page recieves new 'likes', newer audience notices those as friend updates, hops on the bandwagon and the cycles goes on.

really , only indians have these kind of people? lol
Maybe not, but Indians do take the trophy in making the rest of us look bad. Partly the population, partly the desi english and a lot of misapproximation of being 'cool'.

Reported #[member='avi'] ,thanks for sharing.

What i say is that, why should gals post their pic in first place

You can't mate, firstly its not correct, 2nd they won't agree. Just that they should know the difference b/w "sharing" and "flaunting". I see some girls who post their whole life timeline, that's not good.

Don't worry, karma will get them

Still they'd cry about sad people.

I see girls acting very modest in real life but very different online.

So true. Most of them even don't know about privacy settings.

Asking not to post there pics is like asking girls/women don't wear attractive clothes in public. Just a few days back, there was a thread posted on TE describing delhi police's views on women.

I haven't seen the thread, but girls fail to understand the word "provocative", or they do it knowingly.

Only one thing to remember, in the end a girl has a lot more to lose.

Hope they understand this.

I suggestion is ask your female relatives to avoid posting their pic, if they do not want they pic be tagged as hot, chick etc.

This is just like if girl is getting raped, it is her fault coz she was wearing small skirt or what soever

If a picture is posted in "public" (it is as good as she was present in public) so there should be no complaints.

No one can stop anyone else from commenting on a girl from a distance in real life even if she is not "exposing", this is similar - in cyberspace instead.

Many times, one may notice it is their (girls') own stupid family members that these post candid pictures.

Privacy settings are available - use them rather than moan & groan.

Sadly that seems to be the common belief reflected in the past few comments.

Just because a girl is wearing something that you feel is inappropriate, the she is asking for it ?

Well, making photos public does not mean that we are giving people right to steal it, post it in some explicit page or use it for some other stuff.

Even if photo is public, the person owns all copyright and if someone is using their photos without permission, one must act against it

That is all well said and done, but what if the owner doesn't even know that their image is being used against their purpose? The internet is very vast, you can't keep up with it. It's better to be educated about privacy and proper internet etiquette. There are people who even post nude pics(mostly artistic) on other sites, and those are copyrighted too, but that doesn't mean they won't be violated and shared illegally. The best solution is to teach everyone who is ignorant of such activities to take proper precautions before sharing. Share private pics with only those who you trust, and with others who you don't trust share what you feel seems appropriate.

And to those who are comparing this to rape victims, I must say it again, it's completely different. Rape is a very serious case, don't dilute it comparing to this.

That is right. People should make an effort to educate their friends and families about the privacy settings.

That said, no merit should be given to ones who steal photos and misuse them.

It's the same issue of finding a house with the door open. Blame the thief who stole from it or blame the owners for their ignorance or blame both.

What about paparazzi (considering that really good looking girls are celebrities in their own right)? Isn't that kind of thing more intrusive and scarier than this fb page?
