All OS Feature phones with WhatsApp support? (apart from JioPhone)

Hi all,
Need a phone for a relative who needs a second phone purely for having a second number and whatsapp account (and no, dual sim phones are not okay with the said person, they want to keep 2 separate phones only). Any decent feature phones, preferably under 3k (max budget is 4.5k), which have call, sms, 4G and whatsapp which is also not a JioPhone, or is JioPhone the only option? Camera is not a necessity, altho will be nice to have so. Please let me know, thank you.

It says Nokia 110 supports WhatsApp, but I couldn’t find any info confirming that on Nokia site

edit- if open to used devices, you could find some good phones for 2nd phone use

So it seems that feature phones which do support whatsapp through KaiOS don't support whatsapp web. Well, that was one of the main reasons for getting an alternative phone.

yea it looks like an older, used phone would be better since no whatsapp-web is a deal breaker. Thanks everyone for your help
