Err... I had bought a couple of items from him.... He is a nice guy.... but a little busy nowadays I think... I have chatted up with him over the phone a couple of days back...
I am sure he is going to sort out everything once he get back/gets free..:hap2:
Though I agree completely that what has happened here is completely wrong and he is at fault
 
Full Amount (11500) has been refunded to hmasalia...

deltasquare4 remaining amount will be deposited on Monday to his ICICI account..

also my apology for what has happened....
 
Whatsoever may be the circumstances, such delayed action (with no response to buyers after umpteen attempts) cant be sustantiated even though it may be between two only

who said there was no response from my side, pls talk only when u know that facts, i have responded to most of their calls & msgs when ever they tried to reach me...i have almost been in touch with deltasqaure daily.....

dude i dont want to drag this by answering to all ur comments...i know what trouble i am in.... ill only answer if hmasalia / deltasquare / Mods need any clarification.

All such responses should have been posted on forum, if things are transpiring like that. deepakc never stated any such thing rather refrained from reply on forum. Anyway, if things are settled between two, NO COMMENTS
