90K+ Feedback on my potential build

I'm looking forward to build a PC primarily for some 2K video editing, graphic designing and locally running generative AI like Flux and Stable Diffusion, maybe little 1440 Forza and Warzone. Never build a PC and just got me feet wet with PC components. The build I'm looking forward has a budget of 1L excluding a GPU. The components are listed as follows :-
CPU : Ryzen 7 9700X
AIO : Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360
Power Supply : MSI MAG 850W 80+ Gold
Cabinet : DeepCool CG 530 4F
MotherBoard : Gigabyte Gaming X AX V2 B650
RAM : 16x2 DDR5 6000Mhz
SSD : WD Black SN770 2TB

For GPU, Im looking forward to get an RTX 3090 because of it's large VRAM and 10K+ CUDA Core count which is helpful for running GenAI. I needed a suggestion regarding the motherboard if it will hold up with the components well and if I should go with a B650M instead if a B650. Stick with a 9700X or get a 7700X. TIA!

If going for productivity get a 7900 instead of the 9700x. The motherboard should work well with the components or you can buy a MSI B650 Gaming Plus Wifi.

even the 7900x it is only 1-2k more and does provide a higher boost clock with more overclocking ability.
DeepCool CG 530 4F
instead of this you should go for the lian li lancool iii mesh or the lancool 216 depending upon you requirement and preference, they offer far superior build quality and cooling performance
I would say stick with the b650
