Not sure.. but if Shashank had done it here, it might have been an issue. As it stands, IMO, he's said whatever he needed to say off TE, so all we can advise is : caveat emptor. Be careful dealing with him, and be sure that if he tries such stunts here on TE itself, he WILL be severely censured.
 
When a member abuses another member for a deal in TE and contacts (phone no., mail ids) got through TE then why not give him infractions or ban? Udit knows him thru TE and the member has abused him reg the deal on TE and Udit has the proof. This is really sad if the mods dont take any action against him.

So does this mean one can abuse other members over Gmail and phone reg deals on TE and TE wont take any action against member coz he didnt abuse the member via PM/post !!!!!!

I took the headache of putting up a thread for TE's well being not to save myself from petty abuses of a pimp

Yup as Udit says might save another unsuspecting member from getting abused. Why keep such morons in the community when there is ample proof that he is a @#$%^&*

...but what guarantees do we have that once he is banned he won't comeback using a new handle? Its best to ignore such people IMHO. However, this thread should not be closed and it can serve as a reference for other members.

At least mods can do whats in their hands and ban him once. If someone has a iota of self esteem then they would not re join after getting banned. Lets hope he has some :P

I love the other forum in this aspect. They ban such morons with the tag a$$ holes under their names :lol:

usually these egoist maniacs don't return & if they do one ip check can catch them sooner or later

he will mention his real name when the deal moves forward too

ban him & put his id, real name, mobile no. & gmail id in the blacklist

quiet simple
 
banning him is the right thing

we cant think what if he comes back,what if he keeps calling udit

we r finding reasons not to ban him???

mods have to take correct action

and like udit said he may not come back as he really has a inflated ego

and blacklisting is another way

he is really a rude and uncouth person...y do we have to tolerate such people??
 
Udit and Fatjivi,

While I sympathize with what you guys put up with, and totally condemn Shashank's behavior and attitude. But the conversation between Udit and Fatjivi was offensive, when you guys said 'surd what do you expect' thats just not in the right spirit.

Firstly, not all 'Singhs' are surds. Secondly, its not nice of you senior members to behave like this, its not in good taste.

OTHER THING AS U ALL CAN READ FROM HIS CHAT CONVERSATION IS THAT I WAS TOTALLY POLITE AND WAS SPEAKING WITH ALL DUE RESPECT AT THE TIME UDIT AND I WAS DECICING UPON MY RIG (THAT YOU CAN CHECK FROM HIS GMAIL HISTORY) AND THAT WAS ONLY WHEN

WE HAVE DECIDED THAT WE ARE NOT GOING WITH THE DEAL ANYMORE

I sms come on gtalk

you come, you abuse, you block me

I sms then :

kya be phat gayi?

then you sms :

something behen loda maa etc....

I sms you :

teri toh uthti nahi aa mein tujhe bhai de deta hoon

then you sms twice saying some bad stuff I forgot

I sms :

Impotent Harami

You sms twice & I just stop replying

After few hours I sms :

bas phat gayi?

It's seller's prerogative, really. He obviously will want to sell it to someone whom he trusts more or is more convenient to him. Ofcourse if money was transferred and then he backed out, it would've been wrong on his part. But that wasn't the case, was it?

yes i said im looking for quick sale but does that mean i will sell to the first person who contacts me :x
