Few sites not opening....

hi guys ... m having this strange problem of few sites (Facebook, TOI, etc) not opening....other sites like Gmail, orkut, TE, etc are not a problem...i use firefox 3.6.....have tried using FF in safe mode....deleting cache, history....but to no help....tried IE8, chrome, still problem persists.....surprisingly sites (FB, TOI) open on Opera mini 5(via microemulator on PC).....have BSNL broadband...pls help....

The culprit is BSNL's DNS...try using OpenDNS (208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220) or Google's DNS server (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4)

wasent using BSNL's DNS....was using google DNS.....tried open DNS.....and sites are opening w/o any problem......Thanks for the help...:hap2:
