I was amongst the first ones to see this thread. but unfortunately wasnt able to join this GO. Now the second GO is cancelled. I request the mods to shed light on th reasons as I believe there are others too who wud have wanted these earphones and were waiting for the second GO
 
simple why wud amarbir sell it here on TE at less profit

when he can sell at more profit outside te

its business man

he can do , rather shud do watever he wants to
 
if PROFIT is the Only thing here, dunno exactly what drove him to sell the said item 2all @honest price of rs.750 in the first place, when he could have easily gone his rival dealer way of "Profit Only" !
It's his thing & his business,but anyway,if that's the last thing,just Bad for us!!! :(

everyone wants to earn money
and amar has the full right to do watever he wants to
who knows he may again start a second go on this one if all the bickerings ( if at all ) with others are solved
he wanted to sell here but if something goes wrong beyond his control wat can he do....
he can only do is stop taking all the headache and just relax
and thats exactly wat he has done

he has been taking all the stress n strain all along wat for...
now he shud relax as well
he is a human after all and he is bound to get hurt with all this wat has happened..
 
Its a normal business mechanics, people will try to protect their margins by all possible legal means. Its not our (TE) jurisdiction to form an opinion on whether its right or wrong, and nor can any dealer start pointing fingers. Its purely a matter between the dealers/distributors and the manufacturers, and we request the members to let it be that way.

No one is stopping dealers from posting the deals, but bickering on why a deal cannot be made due to certain reasons will not be tolerated, as it will in inevitably lead to flamewars. This is not a forum to settle business/legal/ethical disputes you have other forums for the same.
 
aces sure ur point is noted.But let us look at the big picture shall we.We in TE are a community of like minded people who try to help others in tech related matters whether it is in helping a member solve a difficulty or getting things at a reasonable price.Now when one dealer is offering a deal which is pretty good which benefits the whole community and now he cannot offer the same who is at loss?.Is it the dealer or the community?.If it is the dealer forget it as it affects the individual but when it affects the community then the community has the right to know why?.Just brushing the issue aside saying that its between dealers,normal business mechanics does not help the community.I agree totally with you when it is between dealers.Let them fight it out but when the aspirations of the community are not met then questions have to be asked so that in future these kinds of things will not happen.Let the market rule but let it not rule by manipulation and backstabbing.

personally i have benefited from this deal so no complaints from my side.Its for other members who were looking and waiting for the second round.

If we are a community of people who helps each other out then this issue has to be addressed.

Anything in addition to what I say, and I will be giving out too much detail :) Its not like we are stopping a deal, but its I said the business mechanics which has made it un-feasible for the deal. In the end its gonna be a mud slinging contest, which we want to avoid.
 
What I read so far was philosophy, not a practical approach. If you feel this issue needs to be sorted out then I suggest you call Dealer1 and talk to him, understand the issue. Then you should call dealer2 and try to convince him. In fact take them on a conference call and try to resolve their personal differences.

Lets assume there is dealer3 who is not registered on TE but does not want dealer1 to offer cheap prices. You want us to visit his shop too?

I think a dealer's lifestyle has a direct relation to the prices he is offering for the hardware. Does the community now has the right to know his consumer brands and whether he buys them off sale too?

Please dont mix someone's personal 'business' with community and expect us to mediate between the business policies that a person follows. Just as you dont expect us to tell you to stop smoking or drinking.

Agreed to the legal means.

But having said that, both stakeholders are Registered Dealers on TE, so the least you guys can do is to make the whole case public. Let the members decide for themselves whether the legal means are ethical or not. Most of the members do not know about what happened behind these deals. We are all living in a world full of choices and once members know about the case, they'd be free to choose whom they want to deal with going ahead.

IMHO - Facts should be made public as both parties are registered dealers on TE.

Dude let me clarify the issue.
We were all getting a good deal from dealer 1.Now he says he cannot do so because of dealer 2.Since we are not getting a good deal ie the community including u and me because of dealer 2 as dealer 1 says then the issue can be discussed and the whole community has the right to know what is fair or not fair.Ultimately who is the loser?.Its not the dealers but the community.If u do wish to support the lifestyle of dealer 2 then by all means support it but asking the community that this deal was not good for dealer 2 as his lifestyle is affected does not help the community.This is a market place and one where prices can be manipulated is not fair.
anyways this will be my last post on this issue.

1 :Is There a system to solve a issue of one dealer i wanted to post everything about this in the morning but i did not i just pasted it in my word file and closed it .

2 :Which Mod Will Take Up The Case Tell Me i Will PM Him whetever He Wants ,I Have a Issue And i Like To See What TE Does With This . Because i Feel No One Listens To a Dealer ,Name The MOD And i will Send The PM .Lets See What You People do .

3 :Isnt it funny people tell me they got calls stating that the dealer saying amarbir will Not Be Able To Complete This Go ,Who will Look Into this ,Rates And All Is OK But This Kind of Things To customers is Stunning .

Dont put words in my mouth. We dont support any dealer or their lifestyle, its you who is hell bent on interfering in what they do and how they do it. Like I said, if you want clarification from the dealers then call them up. Once again, dont talk philosophy here. If you are concerned about the community you are free to call them up and post here what happened between them. Dont ask us to do which we consider unethical on our part.

If you have a problem with the fairness of the market forces then take it up with the Government of India.

The Title Of The Thread Should Be Why Not Another Go Of Soundmagic PL30 and Not Fiio Deal ,None Of The Mods Have Told Me Or Given Me The opportunity To Narrante My Horror Story Inspite of Asking ,If There Will Be Nothing Done Better Close And Forget It .
