the specs on the site don't mention the usb bitrate support. does it only support 48kHz / 16bits like the e7 or have they updated the usb dac like the guys at nuforce did with udac2 to support 24bit/96kHz ??

Well,

Its Mentioned Nowhere ,But this should be dependant on the IC's Used Inside Will Ask This from Fiio Tommorow And Revert Back .
 
Just asking..... (Sory for Sound like Noob)

What is pre-output do in the back ? Is it just line out without processing audio signal or what ?

If the situation is How_To_Connect Diagram 3, User can connect the 3.5 jack in front of the AMP, Why use Pre-out ?

Also, Without E7 mounting....Is there any chance to use USB feature in E9 ?

Well,

Pre Out should be used if you have another amp in the middle of speakers etc like the qinpu i sell .

Stocks of the e7 have landed ,If you want combo deals with this i will bundle one for Rs :2855/- with the e9
