With current lifetime pricing its around 430 euros - around 37k. The BF sales bring it down to around 300 euros. I am asking fro 250 euros/ 23k INR.

I can vouch for Filen.io – the best I've used among several encrypted services, including Koofr. I already have a lifetime plan and don't need more storage; otherwise, I'd consider it.
 
I too vouch for the service. Super fast upload and download speed. Privacy oriented. End to end encrypted.
Just my two cents: i paid lesser than 200 euros ~ lesser than 15k inr for 2TB lifetime storage during black friday sale in 2021.
