I wanted to inquire whether anyone is aware of any option in utorrent(through the webUI) which allows us to connect to peers which a minimum amount of speed or probably give preference to such users ?
the reason is that the seedbox i have rented has limits on the max no. of connections . (which is 15 i believe) so if i connect to high speed peers , the uploading is super fast (~2mBps) but if the peers have a slow download then it drops to 200 kBps or so
